I am looking for a roommate to occupy 1 bedroom in a 2 Bed/2Bath unit in Downtown Redmond. The unit is very well lit with many windows and a patio. Here are some of the highlights of the unit/community: The apartment comes with all amenities and features a Fitness Center, Courtyard, Billiards room, Business rooms etc. It is located right next to the Redmond transit Center with buses running at frequency of 15 minutes to Seattle (ST 545) and Bellevue (B Line Rapid transit and 250). Many Indian and Other grocery stores and restaurants are less than 5 minutes by walk. Looking for a clean and easy-going person who is respectful of the common areas. Utilities come upto around 50 - 70$ / per person
