Private furnished or unfurnished room (however you prefer) in the front of the house with a private bathroom right outside of the bedroom! Black out curtains for sleeping in late and quiet environment! Use of Office space also if working from home!! Down the street from the grocery store and many other amenities! No pets, no couples .

I am a single mom who works in the medical field that has her 12 year old son part time! I work nights so the house is generally quiet during the nights and days most times while I sleep. I also have a young husky who stays in the house!
