About the room
We have two rooms for rent. #1 is an upstairs master with walk-in closet, vanity, and connected bath. # 2, is an upstairs room sharing the upstairs bath. We are 25 min. from downtown with easy access to the expressway and MARTA. The kitchen and living room would be considered common shared space. Application Fee = $159.00 non refundable. We will need an additional 800.00 for a deposit also.
About the roomies
My wife and I are school teachers and live on the first floor. We are avid gardeners and love to travel.
