About the room

$650.00 is a move-in special - That is what you would pay for 2 months. After 2 months the rent would go back to $700.00. We have one room for rent. It is an upstairs room sharing the upstairs bath. We are 25 min. from downtown with easy access to the expressway and MARTA. The kitchen and living room would be considered common shared space. Application Fee = $159.00 non refundable. We will need an additional 650.00 for a deposit also.
