About the room
Bedroom is smaller with a nice closet. Pictures are fairly current, as some one is in the room. It’s a really cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen, pantry, living room, dining room and sunroom are all shared. Utensils, pots, pans, dishes are available for use and the bathroom has towels, etc. Washer/dryer are located inside. The home is located within walking distance to downtown, close to a grocery store and easy highway access. No smoking, no drugs or heavy drinking. The sunroom leads to a nice big backyard, with a large patio with plenty of seating, umbrellas, it has small lawn, a shed and vegetable garden.
About the roomies
I am pretty easy going, mellow and easy to get along with. I love to work in the yard and I plant a veggie garden every year. I am great cook and have no problem sharing. I rarely drink. I like a neat and clean house, but I am not a fanatic. I would like someone similar. Other current is female and keeps to herself when home.
