The room is approximately 10’x8’ and has a mini walk in closet and shared bathroom, The apartment has high-speed wifi. The living room is unfurnished since I just recently moved in but i’m looking to buy a couch and tv soon. Kitchen will be available to you whenever. Laundry facilities on site. Must be willing to go halfs for monthly cleaners to come by.

HOUSE RULES: Minimal guest allowed. No pets. No smoking of any kind or drugs. Willing to undergo credit report and background check. Street parking available. Looking for someone clean, considerate, and looking to contribute to the upkeep of shared common spaces.

LOCATION: 5 min drive to Parkway Plaza, target, and more. 15 minute drive to SDSU.
