Kevin's room

I have two rooms for rent in my beautiful Santa Maria home. It is a three bedroom two bath house with a spacious backyard and bright, open floor plan and southwestern themed décor. I have just had brand new carpet put in throughout, and fresh paint on every wall. There is a washer and dryer, internet access, and a furnished living room. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. Internet is included, the rest of the utilities will be split evenly amongst room mates.

My dog Floki and I are the only occupants currently. No additional pets allowed. I work full time as a welder for a trucking company and am often working on projects in the garage on weekends. I am quiet, respectful, easy going, and am not a partier. My dog is a playful Australian Cattle Dog who loves to play fetch and run around in the backyard. After he meets you two or three times he will love you forever! No additional pets allowed. I would like to find a house mate who also enjoys a peaceful, clean, and drama-free home.
