Share a 4 bedroom 3 bath ocean view duplex with just one roommate. You get the master bedroom with ocean view and 19 x 7 foot balcony, and one small additional room for your private use (office, guest room, etc.), on the first floor. My bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. The kitchen and living room are shared as well as a two car garage. Rent is $2,400 plus 1/2 utilities. There is an amazing, unobstructed, 180 degree view of the ocean from the shared upper balcony, kitchen & living room. You can see all the way to La Jolla. There is also a small front yard and a dog may be considered for the right person with an additional deposit. Sorry, no cats as I am allergic. This share rental is for one person only.

Located in highly desirable Cardiff, within walking distance to San Elijo State beach, Seaside Market, restaurants, two parks, the San Elio Lagoon. Easy access to I-5 and PCH. 1/2 mile to the beach.

All common areas are furnished. The Master bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Furnished is will cost a bit more. I am looking for a happy, healthy, honest, kind and respectful roommate that preferable works outside the home at least part time. No drugs or smoking of any kind allowed.
