I have a nice house in Ogden bordering north Ogden. In a very quiet and safe neighborhood. I have one dog Gaupo and one cat Luna.I like things to be tidy. I am very respectful and pretty quiet. Easy to get along with. Very helpful. The three rooms I have available are big and nice. No drugs!! No smoking in the house or rooms. I have a coffee/tea bar that I supply. We work together here in keeping things clean. And being respectful of each other. And cleaning up after ourselves. I have Two rooms that are $650 and one big one that is $750 with a huge closet. laundry room on site. Bbq grill upstairs and down stairs.

I’m 58 years old and it’s only me and my dog and cat. I live very close to the mountains. And not to far from Weber state college. There are hiking trails close by. There is a patio out back.
