Room for rent located in Minneola, FL. Includes ALL utilities and internet! This large master private bedroom is fully furnished with a dresser, night stand, TV stand and (optional) queen size bed. Walk-in closet with plenty of storage. Private full en-suite bathroom. Large semi-shared kitchen (mostly yours). This bedroom is located on the second floor with shared entrance on the main level. You will have a seperate heating/cooling thermostate for your personal control. The house is fairly new built in 2021 with 4,500 square feet. Shared living room with couches and 60“ TV. Must be comfortable with kids and toys in the living room. Looking for someone who is gone most of the time and does NOT work from home.

We are a lively married couple in our 30s, with three kids and no pets. We both work from home. We enjoy watching TV, going to theme parks, bars, the beach, and playing board games with our friends. We like to have fun and can get a little loud and crazy.
