James's room

The room is large 208 sq.ft. with a window looking out to a open yard. Very private. Tucked away in the left rear corner of my house. Good size closet, wood floor, shower only. Second bathroom does offer a bath which you can use at will. You will have access to everything. Great location. Close to the freeway. Plenty of parking and storage space available.

I WANT and NEED a thoughtful, kind, considerate FEMALE PREFERRED roommate. I want someone who can clean up after themselves and someone who doesn’t mind doing someone else’s dishes at times without saying a word. Small acts of kindness go a long way. Roommates will notice and appreciate it. Also…My house is wide open…That’s “MINE” thing will not work here. I share, We all share. Nice way to live. Just be thoughtful and courteous. Not too much to ask for.
