A decent amount of parking spaces as well, and while they say visitors have to register with the front office, none of the visitors I’ve had have ever done that, and no one’s been towed or ticketed yet. The room is a little on the small side, but it’s not so bad that it becomes unlivable. Nice kitchen and living room space. I say dog and cat friendly, but this specific apartment type requires any cats or dogs living in the residence to be registered as emotional support animals. The rent amount I gave is approximate, as of course sometimes utilities can vary, but it’s always been between $725 and $800 (highest I can recall was around $780).
