Comfy room (10ft x 12ft) for rent in a beautiful quiet luxury homes area in Simi Valley. Room rental includes:

• Basic room furnishing (queen sized bed, dresser with mirror, wardrobe, electric fan)
• Full use of house kitchen
• Shared bathroom downstairs. (Bathroom is not shared regularly as we use our own bathrooms upstairs. It is only shared when we have visitors or only when we need to when we are downstairs.)
• Laundry access (once a week)
• Wi-fi access
• Smart TV (you can connect your Streaming accts. there)
• House has central heat and AC
• Beautiful view in the backyard with relaxing garden, pool, and hot tub.
• 5 minutes from 118 freeway

Terms include but not limited to:

• $1000 per month for one person (Only for 1 person. Sorry, no couples.)
• First month rent AND one month security deposit due prior to move-in.
• Utility bills included (Water, Power, Gas, Trash, Internet)
• No smoking, no drugs, no pets (sorry we already have a cute hypoallergenic dog and one is enough for the house), no heavy alcohol, no overnight guests allowed.
• Must be CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL and HONEST.
• Must buy your own supplies like toiletries (e.g. soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, etc.) and laundry detergent.
• Reference, employment, and/or credit check required.
• Must have a job outside of the house. (Sorry, work from home is not allowed.)
• Pool and hot tub access with permission only. (We would like tenants not to be alone when using the pool for safety reasons.)

We are a nice Asian family (my husband, myself, 2 boys). This room rental will be perfect for students, single professionals, and traveling nurses.
