I have two bedrooms and a private bathroom I would like to rent to a single individual. Bedrooms and bathroom are located off the same hallway, making that part of the house private to you. Home has been updated, all laminate wood floors (no carpet), bathroom has granite and new fixtures. The laundry room is off the same hallway as bedrooms and has a brand-new washer and dryer. The double room is great for anyone that may need additional storage space and/or a place for an office. All utilities, including internet, are included in the monthly rent – making this cheaper than an apartment. The house has been recently updated and is kept clean. Laundry, kitchen, living room and the backyard are shared spaces – all very nice and have most anything you may need already stocked. I really enjoy living here and want to keep a nice and comfortable vibe with whomever moves in.

I’m a 35-year-old female, I work full-time out of the house and attend graduate school online – so I am home a lot – usually sitting behind a laptop. I have a medium size dog and new kitten – both are easy to live with (no barking, accidents, etc.) and love to play and cuddle with people. I keep the house picked-up, but I’m not unreasonable about expectations on cleaning. I just ask that we stay considerate of one another in the shared spaces and communicate like adults about things.
