Laura's room

Private room in a single family home. Light, bright, charming home with lots of windows, close to everything, and several parks nearby. I’m looking for a clean, responsible, female who is easy-going and pleasant to be around. For now, I can offer the room for a three-month term with the possibility of a longer lease if it is a good fit for everyone. This room comes with a memory foam mattress and queen bed frame with four large storage drawers. There is also a lamp, ceiling fan, curtains, area rug and night side shelf, wardrobe, and chair. All utilities and access to laundry are included in the price, as well as landscaping and access to the pool (at your own risk).

I’m 36, I’m a teacher, friendly and easy-going. Our other roommate is 43, works at a pharmaceutical company and is really great! I also have a goldendoodle who just turned one so ideally we would have someone who enjoys dogs. He’s adorable and hypoallergenic/non-shedding. My roommate and I both stay pretty busy, but we’re always up for going out and having a good time!
