Hi, I am looking for a roommate to join my lease in Sugarhouse preferably before September 1st. The monthly rent is $1005, renews May 1st, and includes water/trash/yard maint. I am looking for a responsible adult who is tidy, kind, respectful, independent, queer friendly, and has a secure job/finances. I already have basic furniture/appliances (W/D, couch, table, tv, microwave, etc.). I have the sweetest/most friendly dog who basically sleeps all day when I’m not home. -located just outside Sugarhouse/SSL, right off I-80 -nice, older duplex with 3bed/1.5 bath, (the 3rd bedroom has my desk and guest bed but plenty of space to share) -shared backyard with nice, quiet neighbors. -1300+ sq ft -The roommate portion of rent is $1005 per month which also covers water/sewer, trash, and lawn maintenance. -Additional costs are gas, electric, and fiber internet. Average cost per month split portion ranges from $70 - $130 depending on heat/AC usage. -looking for someone who communicates well, mature, responsible, independent, and it’d be cool to be friends -Credit and background check, landlord approval, and one month deposit required to move in. I’d like to chat and meet people in person to find the best fit before showing the place if possible. ABOUT ME I’m 26 year old who moved from Georgia. I work from home a couple days a week and love SLC. I have a goofy personality, love to cook, hike, entertain, play video/card/board games, and explore the west. I can get along well with most people but have little patience for BS. I’m quiet when home and usually clean on the weekends. Non-LDS.
