West 16th Drive

I’m looking for either 1 or 2 roommates to go in on a lease with me at a really nice apartment. The apartment complex is Westlink at Oakstation. There are two options. A 2bed, 2bth. And a 3bed, 2bath. The 2bed is 2088 a month (not including utilties) and the 3bed is about 2560 (not including utilities). These apartments are really nice, I actually lived there in 2017 to 2019. Heated year round pool, hot tub, work out room, no cockroaches (lol). It’s a 6 minute walk from the Light Rail Station which will take you right into Denver! Last time I was living here I didn’t even own car. I can confirm that the AC and Heater work fine, the only issue I ever had with the place was noisy neighbors (partied until 4am on weekdays) who lived above me but I talked with the management office a couple times and they got them to quiet down.

So usually a 2bed is more than this but because the room we are getting is handicap accessible, it’s actually a bit cheaper than usual. It’ll be 2088 a month and that’s not including utilties. I’m not entirely sure how much it’ll come out to in the end, but I am guessing with internet it’ll be around an additional 150. So, split between us that’ll be 1119ish per person. That’s a pretty nice deal for how nice these apartments are.

The 3bedroom is not handicap accessible, we’d just living as three people in a smaller space, be about 200 dollars cheaper for each of us. Which can be fun! My last place I lived with 2 complete strangers and we all ended up becoming good friends.

Move in date is October 4th for the 2bed and September 19th for the 3bed Hoping to get some people to sign the lease with me ASAP because there is only one of each of these rooms, and it’ll go quick.

Also, if we don’t get the place, we can always look around for a town home or something around the same price.

Oh, I should also mention I have a cat. Her name’s Moogle. She’s 9 years old and is very chill. I’m okay with maybe one other cat or smallish dog.
