This is a three bedroom shared house, located at the end of a quiet, family friendly, tree lined street. It’s fully furnished and comes with a washer/dryer, sauna, a fire-pit, and secret gate for easy access to the diner and deli next door. All utilities are included.

The room for rent is a corner bedroom with great sunlight, a twin bed, and a closet (pics included in gallery).

There are several communal areas that are shared in the home; living room, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, bathrooms, yard, etc. (basically only the bedrooms are private).

Nestled in the heart of Riverhead, NY (aka- the gateway to the Forks) this clean and cozy home is close to everything the east end has to offer; historic downtown Riverhead, The Long Island Aquarium, Splish Splash, Tanger Outlets, beaches, golf courses, and dozens of breweries, vineyards, and restaurants!
