Hello there are you looking for a couple of cool housemates.? If this is you then listen up… We have one private bedroom and one private shower room for rent in a shared home.! So yes you will have your own private shower room.! Your bedroom has a big walk in closet.. your room has a bed in it and thats it.! Electric, water, cable, trash, sewage, washer and dryer and internet is included in your rent.. We have off street parking available.. We are close to schools, shopping, bus stops and a kids park.! We are doing month to month rentals right now. If you’re only staying for one month you would need first month’s rent of $950.00 + a security deposit of $950.00 that is not refundable.. =$1900.00.! If you would like to stay more than one month, you would need first month’s rent of $950.00 + the security deposit of $950.00 that is negotiable for a refund at the time of move out, & last months rent of $950.00, =$2,850.00.! If it’s more then one person (couples), then of course the price would go up a little more because more water and electric would be used.. You are responsible for your own needs, Food/drink’s, hygiene products, cleaning products & cleaning after yourself.. Although We don’t mind sharing dinners from time to time.! We are asking for an employment verification and a full background check on a free application.! We want to make sure that you can pay your bills on time and that you’re not a weirdo.. We ask for NO PETS what so ever because we are already have a dog.! She is 11 years old and witty with other animals. But she lovesss humans.! With that being said you must be dog friendly, this is more the dog’s house than anyone else’s.! We ask for no overnight guest unless you or they want to pay an overnight fee.. No drama, no druggies, No crazy drinkers.!!! We don’t mind social drinkers but nothing to crazy.!!

We are quiet, clean military people that likes our privacy but will open our home for the right person.! We don’t want alot of people at our house but we don’t mind one friend coming over from time to time.! We are smokers & 420 friendly… He works most the time so you won’t see him much.
