1bedroom and 1bathroom (everyone has private bed and bath) $500 Ideal for students! Rent includes all utilities (water/sewer and electricity),wireless Internet. Apartment has washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. The place also has a recreational room available for studying, watching tv, playing pool, etc. However, there is no parking spot available. 😕 10mins by bus, 13minute walk,4 minute drive.
About your roommates: Two female transfer Juniors, major in Chemistry and Biochem/Neuro (we’re currently roommates) I’m 21, she is in her late 20s,married. We prioritize school, and we also have work/research going on, but we also go out every so often to relax and unwind.
We’d like someone who can keep the place clean (but we’re not neat freaks) and contribute to household chores. If you have a buddy and need two rooms, we MIGHT be able to arrange something.
