Hello, I have 1 bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom that is located within walking distance of numerous stores and is a very short drive from both the Tempe Marketplace and the Arizona State University Tempe Campus. Shared common area and shared bathroom with 1 roommate. I have owned the home for 5 years. It’s a really nice place to live. There will be a total of 3 people living in the house. You will be renting out bedroom on north end of home. There is a nice back patio with BBQ grill. There is plenty of parking on premises. Drug free home. 420 is fine outside. Not looking for party’s at the house. But feel free to have friends over for drinks or whatever else. Please be courteous of other roommates. NO Pets Rent is $1200. With $900 refundable deposit.
