My home is in the Reservoir Brandon area, walking distance from Pelahatchie Shore Park and Lakeshore Park, both located on the Reservoir. Price includes all utilities. Bedroom is fully furnished with matching bedframe, dresser w/ mirror, and nightstand. You’ll have your own bathroom w/ tub & shower combo, sink w/ cabinets, and toilet w/ upper cabinets. You will have access to all areas of the home except parking in the garage. Fenced in backyard w/ pergola, deck, and picnic table. Preferably looking for a clean, organized female student (I am a 22-year old female student who owns the home). Must be dog, cat, and LGBTQ friendly. Security deposit of $200. This rental agreement will be month to month.

I am a law student who owns the home and lives alone with my 5 year old dog, Mateo, and 1 year old cat, Milos. No pets preferred, but if you have a small dog or cat, I’m willing to have a meet and greet with my pets first. I am always either in class, at work, or at home studying, so the best living situation is one with another quiet, clean, organized, respectful person.
