3. About the space: 420~ sq ft attached bedroom studio suite in Paradise hills 92114 Private Entrance Private Full Bathoom The room is completely private so we do not share a space. Reasonable UTILITIES INCLUDED: water, sewer, trash, non ev electricity, and cox high speed internet Sorry, no onsite washer and dryer. Kitchenette with electrical for small appliances. Includes apartment fridge Dedicated parking spot(s) in our driveway. Ample street parking Close to 54/805 freeway, military 10 to 15 min drive from San Diego international airport. The home is located in a cul-de-sac with minimal traffic. All our neighbors keep to their own and mind their own business. The walkway & side yard (Approximately 60’x8’) leading up to the space is all yours, can be used as a dog run, patio, or additional storage area. We do not enter this area unless it is to deliver your mail or amazon packages.

4. QUALIFICATIONS At Least $2700-3000 to move-in (Security Deposit and first/last month) 6 month agreement preferred. Longer terms considered. Absolutely clean background Ok Decent credit 2.5-3x rent income.

About us: my wife and i both work full time, early mornings. We are a family with 2 children, 3 and 9. Please be mindful and respectful of the fact that we have children living in the adjacent home. My girls saftey is a priority. Absolutely clean background is a must, no exceptions.. this applies to future guests, boyfriends and girlfriends. Im not too worried about family.. family will always be family. You must be truely understanding of children. My 3 year old, makes kid noises and you may hear her from time to time signing, yelling and being a 3 year old.. We don’t share spaces, we will not go into your space or you go into ours.

My wife and I both work full time early mornings and live with our 2 small children. You may never see us but you may hear us and the small children from time to time. They are kids so they make noise, cry, scream shout, laugh yell and make kids noises.
