This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath property located in Towson Maryland. This location is within 6 minute walking distance of the mall, theater, shops, bars and eateries. This unit comes with a balcony that overlooks greenery and a courtyard. I would prefer a clean roomie that prefers piece and quiet. I travel a lot due to work so there’s times I will be away and other times I would be home. Since the unit is 1 bedroom the roommate will have to option to occupy the room or the living room area separated a divider with full access to the balcony.

This is a quiet luxury building so any loud noises will be heard by the neighbors please be respectful. Parking is not included tenant must park in public garage free of charge. Water and electricity included. Wi-Fi additional +50 per month.
