Master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The room is VERY spacious. Rent is $1200 including utilities and internet. No pets no smoking
The house:
West-facing 3 stories tall townhouse. Gets lots of sun in the afternoon. You will have the entire second floor to yourself!
Washer and dryer in unit.
Lots of parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Neighborhood:
5 minutes walk to downtown Crown with restaurants, cafes, shops 10 minutes walk to the 67 bus stop, which can take you to the Shady Grove Metro Within 10 minutes drive - Target, Costco, Rio shopping center, and Shady Grove Metro Easy access to I-270 and I-370
About the roomies
You’ll be living with myself occupying the 3rd floor. About me: I attended school in California and I moved to Maryland to work full time at NIH as a post baccalaureate fellow. I like to go out for walks and visit cafes. I’m clean and respectful of noise.
