The house is fully furnished and the utilities covered (electricity, water, gas, internet, trash; ALL INCLUDED). Roommates will have shared access to the entire house including living room, kitchen with everything needed to cook, dining room, common area in basement, a laundry room with washer and dryer, massive back yard, and Wi-Fi throughout the whole house… All included in the price of the room and won’t vary from month to month.

Right now we have a spacious bedroom available on the first floor with a shared full-bath as part of a massive 2000 sq ft, 6 bedroom, 3 bath house. The home is located 10 minutes from Arrowhead and 15 minutes from KC power and light with any necessities a short 5 minutes away.

I’m open to anyone renting this space, and the price is $675/month, again will ALL utilities and furnishings of the common areas included. This bedroom is available September 1st and we expect to fill up fast, so don’t delay! Shoot me a quick text and I will reply quickly.
