David's room

$900/ month, all utilities included. Will do a 6 month lease at first, and can go from there. Students and young adults all welcome. Spacious room that includes high speed wifi, a/c and heating. The bathroom is shared with two other people. The property is located in PV and is close to just about everything in the city. I don’t require you to do chores or anything, I just ask that you keep your room clean. Sometimes I may ask for help on some little things but not regularly.

David-me, I am a nursing student in Yavapai College, and work at the YRMC Hospital. I like music, basketball, working out and most activities. Ganner-other roommate, my best friend, video game guy, if he’s not working, he’s playing video games. We’re both about 20 years old. One more roomate, technically, my grandpa, he lives in the shed in the back and only comes in to cook or use the bathroom. He is either at work or in his space. We’re all respectful and mindful of each other, and we all hangout a bunch, and try to include everyone.
