Beautiful condo located right on Wickham. Price is negotiable. A lot bigger than it looks! It includes a double master (which is the room I’m renting out), as well as an office where you can set up your desk (I can send some pictures of the rest of the place, nice kitchen, patio, and backyard too). There is also an electric car charger in garage. The room is pretty big since it’s a master and it also has two balconies. Price is negotiable, but my last tenant payed $1200 with utilities included. It’s not as much about the price for me, just looking for someone cool to live with. The room is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. Please let me know if you want to see it!
