The laundry and bathroom are shared with another renter. The backyard has a Large parking area annd it’s is accessible through the front gate and the back Allyway. The home is located within easy walk distance to Bus stops, Grocery, and restaurants. I-5 and Evergreen way are within 1/2 mile. Easy bus ride to colleges and university campuses. There is a repair work that pending to being done and completed to the kitchen and living room area. Those are not part of this month to month rental. Access to the bedroom will always be available.
