Up for rent is a private room and walk in closet (that can be empty, or fully furnished for a fee) on the far end of a 2400sqft, 3bd/2.5ba house wigh high ceilings. Only 12 minutes from OU campus, but in a quiet cul de sac, this home offers a great balance of convenience and privacy. The bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with another room that is only occasionally used as a guest room. No one lives in the other room, so 99% of the time this will be a private bathroom. However, if you have a friend that you’d like to live with, we would consider freeing up this room and offering both rooms for rent at a discounted.

Shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, full laundry room, spacious living room with a 65“ TV and great audio, vacuum cleaner and steam cleaner, storm shelter and a very spacious back yard with a large patio and pergola with a gas grill.

Lawn care/gardening/cleaning could be taken into consideration as partial payment of rent.

Your friendly and respectful roommates (who live on the other end of the house) are my wife and I. We both like to keep things tidy and neat and are usually pretty quiet. However, we do host Bible studies, small get-togethers and game nights every 2-3 weeks or so, which you are more than welcome to join! We are very understanding and accommodating; however, we are primarily considering female renters. We will certainly consider pets, but a deposit would be required.
