Hi! I need someone to take over my lease! The lease is over in May 2023. A nice and clean apartment located in South Natomas! The Woodlands Apartments in Sacramento California. *** 1 bedroom ***Walk in closet ***Sliding glass door ***Wood linoleum floors ***Washer and drier in unit ***Spacious Patio ***Dish washer and double sided deep sink ***Dog park on complex ***3 swimming pools 10 minutes away from Walmart, the mall and 5 minutes away from freeway. Down the street is Belair, a grocery store and next to some nice schools! A quiet complex with nice neighbors. Recently cleaned and will clean for you before move-in. Utilities is typically 130-150 a month and you get your own electricity.
***you will need to apply online at the apartments website. None refundable application for anyone over 18 who will be in apartment. When accepted, you will be added to lease and then we will remove ourselves.
