Large home with in-law apartment outdoor deck and newly remodeled kitchen. Seeking clean person to rent upstairs bedroom. Myself and one other tenant have rooms upstairs. Shared half bath and full bath living room and dining room. Off street parking. Room is furnished and has a smart TV no cable or air conditioning. Stress on the tenant being clean and regularly pitching in to keep house clean. I take pride in my home and all the work I have done and would need a person who respects that and treats my home with respect. Also a person who is considerate of other tenants in house who can respect quiet time at night and early mornings. No overnight guests or pets. Rent is 250.00 a week and includes utilities and use of washing machine/dryer and common areas. Would like a person willing to pitch in shoveling snow. 1st weeks rent and 250.00 security deposit is due at move in. Rent is paid at 250.00 per week and can be paid weekly or biweekly. Must be employed full time with proof of employment and a solid job. Security deposit is equal to one weeks rent and a one month notice must be given. upon move out room must be in the same condition it was rented to you in or a cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit. No heavy drinkers. No drugs allowed in home including pot. There is a lot of laughter in this house and I am looking for the right fit.

Two other tenants including myself I am female he is male and a tenant in the basement apartment. I am friendly drama free and enjoy cooking and music but mostly keep to myself and hang out in my room after work. I am a smoker but keep it in my room and have air cleaners in the common area and in my room.
