Okay so I’m like–I have like the bare necessities since I’m new to being independent, so I don’t really have much but a room to offer (which I still haven’t applied for because if I can’t find a roomie I can’t afford the place alone) but I have an incredible credit score that would surely lower the security deposit substantially.
