The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath; available room will be your own, with your own bathroom in the hallway. One parking space is available right next to the complex. Wifi and electric is not included in the rent, and the security deposit is already fully paid for. The complex has a laundry room (you’ll need an app to be able to use it), small gym, as well as a pool and jacuzzi, and is across the street from a small shopping center. It is not a smoking-friendly property, but it is pet-friendly! The location is also beautiful, as it has a lot of trees and greenery and is alongside a canal which is nice for walking.

I am a graduate of UC Davis, and have been living on the property for nearly two years with my male cat, Achilles. My pronouns are he/they. My hobbies include reading, playing MTG (still a novice), and Warhammer (also a novice, with a Sylvaneth army). It would be cool to find a roommate who plays either games! I am also an avid anime fan, and am a cosplayer for fun. When it comes to a roommate, we can either get to know each other or just do our own things; I’m a pretty easygoing person so if you’d prefer not to interact much outside of general apartment business that’s totally fine with me! But I am big on communication and would like someone who is open to discussions when issues arise. I tend to keep to myself in my own space most of the time as well, and work to make sure the household chores in the common spaces are evenly done.
