Primarily looking for a female roommate. It is a private bathroom and semi furnished bedroom, here in Brighton Landing Vacaville, CA. I personally would prefer a year lease but I am also open to 6 months if you’re more comfortable with that :) The room would be available for move in November 1st, 2022. (paperwork will be done in September so we can have you in by said date)

Everything is completely updated inside. The rent is $1,700 this does include utilities. The security deposit is $1,700 and is refundable as long as you do not damage the house or furniture. I will provide you a mailbox key and key to the front door. The bedroom an Ikea queen sized bedframe, 2 nightstands, and a bookcase shelf. Parking will be available in the driveway and on the street. No smoking inside the house, but anywhere else around the house is okay as long as its cleaned up! The house has a fully fenced in yard and you will have full access to the laundry room, kitchen, living room, garage, and backyard. I do have 2 dogs that are well behaved and very friendly! They are absolute love bugs. I do ask for renter’s insurance and a picture of their drivers license for a background check.

A little bit about me! I am a 25 year old single mom, I am a prior service active duty member in the Marines. I got out last year and now attending college full time and I work full time! I am an extremely laid back person and also pretty quiet. I love keeping a clean environment and usually keep busy at the gym when I have free time. I live a calm life, and I like to say I am super easy to get along with.
