Diane's room

I live in a single family home on a quiet street in east Long Beach a mile from CSULB. I have a large built-in pool and a covered patio with a bbq. The room is the largest of the three and is in the front of the house. It is fully furnished with lots of storage. Your rent includes WiFi and DirecTV as well as utilities. Full kitchen and laundry access are included as well. OkParking is off-street if preferred. My few rules are no smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking. Hungry? There are 9 fast food restaurants literally around the corner along with a gas station, barber, and clinic. The 405 is at the end of the block. So, come join us.

I am a retired elementary teacher of 40 years. I love travel, crafts, and gardening. People say I have a good sense of humor and am good at problem solving. My other tenant is a nice man who is friendly and quiet. I also share my home with a small dog and a cat.
