Hello, I have a room for rent in the Northwood neighborhood of Irvine. Although it states it has a shared bathroom, it’s basically yours, considering it will be shared with guests. I will be your only roommate and I have my own. Room features: approximately 160sqft, hardwood floors, sliding door to the backyard/patio, and closet. The property includes: washer/dryer, full kitchen/dining access, street parking in front of the front door, backyard with waterfall feature, deck and pergola to be built, side patio, bbq, fire pit, cable machine in the garage with permission. Neighborhood includes: swimming pool and hot tub within a 5 min walk. Utilities are split 60/40, 60 me, 40 you. I’m hoping to find someone clean and organized and punctual about paying on time. I’m looking for to end the lease by the end of 2023. Must ask permission before inviting guests. No overnight guests.

About me, I’m pretty laid back, and super chill. My last roommate can attest to that. Her and I got along very well. I hope we can not only be housemates, but friends as well. I do own a cat who is extremely friendly and has full rein in the house. Full disclosure, I do host parties here, and am hoping to find someone that is okay with that. I have friends over quiet regularly and they are also super chill and friendly. All in all, I’m very friendly, easy to get along with, and super down to Earth. I love the outdoors and try to go camping as much as I can. I enjoy line dancing on Thursday’s and hitting the bars on Friday’s. I do quite a bit of woodworking in the garage. I also like my alone time.
