I am moving out and need to lease this back out! It’s AMAZING! I have to move for work and so sad! It’s the cutest montecito studio only walking distance to shopping and parks and a bike ride or jog from the beach. It’s such a bright cheery and adorable space and affordable for such a safe area that I always love walking around. It’s such a catch of a place :)

I am moving out and need to lease this back out :) starting sept 1. I have taken amazing care of it and hate to leave but need to for work. It’s so cute bright and cozy! And the price is unreal for the area and proximity to shopping and beach!
