Beautiful location, and quiet neighborhood close to everything! It’s a walking distance away from several beautiful parks, social amenities, post office, several schools, nice colleges, restaurants, shopping mall, strip mall, places of employment, major hospital, gas stations, places of worship, barber shops, beautiful trails and more. It’s only 5 minutes minutes drive to Juanita Beach, only 7 minutes drive to the magnificent Lake Washington and downtown Kirkland. It’s a room in an Appartment with shared kitchen dining and living room. This room perfect for someone who likes a quiet location, loves a beautiful quiet environment which is close to everything, and someone looking for a place where they can focus on work, school or study, or have someone looking for solitude or meditative time, while away from work, school or so . I personally prefer quietness and less social hullabaloos since I work and go to school, so I’m trying to focus, and it won’t be conducive to someone who loves to party and have several guests over to visit. I’d love to have a respectful, responsible roommate who have the same desires as I do for love of life, respect for neighbors, peace and quietness needed for concentration focus in school, work or whatever they do.

No other roomies, but there are neighbors living in other units around, they are nice independent, respectful and responsible. So, I think you’ll enjoy living around them as much as I do. It’s an awesome, quiet, safe, neighborhood with great people around!.
