Modesto Room $625 month + $400 deposit. Includes utilities, wifi, new washer, new dryer, shared restroom & kitchen, shared backyard. Toilet paper included. 5 bedroom + 2 bath home. Room size is 11.4 ft by 9.5 ft. Hard wood floors. New smart coded locks. Very clean/quiet home. Good neighborhood near McHenry/Briggsmore. Plenty fridge space, with your full-size refrigerator that’s shared with one roommate. Backyard is shared if you like to garden.

I’m hoping to find: * one roommate only, no couples but an occasional weekly overnight guest is ok, no pets, smoking outside only * responsible person * peaceful, mellow person *Prefer roommates I can get along with, who can be friendly and considerate to each other.

What I’m NOT looking for: *party animals, house is usually quiet after 10pm, except for an occasional dinner guest visit. *passive aggressive people, if there is a problem, let’s sit down and discuss it as mature adults, please no drama *messy people, when finished in the kitchen, please clean it.

House rules: Shoes off in house. Try to keep volume levels low. After meals, wash all your dishes.

4 people live here, including myself, mother, brother and one tenant. We all work. Sometimes living room TV is on. I’m mixed Filipino easy-going person to get along with. On weekends, my girlfriend visits overnights. I work at Amazon and go to an online Tech school. Welcoming friendly/family vibe in home.
