I am renting a room in an 2 bedroom apartment near the waterfront (near Supremo Supermarket). The apartment is furnished but you can bring your own stuff to your room. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The apartment building has its own parking, laundry, and gym access. No smokers or pets (Sorry!)
