Large room with windowed walk-in closet in nice house on very quiet block, with great deck and backyard with vegetables, berries, and flower gardens. Mostly surrounded by large trees. Feels quite private. Great grocery store 1/2 mile away. Park nearby. Quick NYC commute via car, train, or bus (17vmin walk to station.) There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs,and two downstairs, one of which can be a guest room. Shared kitchen. I cook well and am happy to share food. There is also a quite a lot of basement space, with laundry and storage, and there is a Steinway piano, waiting for someone to play it. The garden is extensive and growing, and I’d really love to have a co-grower!

I am 71. I teach voice and bar/bat mitzvah via zoom, garden, cook, and have a horse at a stable a few miles away. Courtney, 19, is a student and server at a restaurant, and a very nice person.
