I have a downstairs room for rent in a 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home located in a gated community in Lake Elsinore. This room has its own bathroom next to it.

You’ll have full kitchen and laundry privileges. There is plenty of room for your dishes and food items.

Outdoor smoking is okay. Overnight guests are allowed, but must be limited. Proof of income over a two-month period and deposit are required prior to move in.

I’m looking for responsible tenants that are cleanly and follow minimal, yet common, house rules.
