About the room
Our home is a large, cozy home on the North end of Fort Collins. We have almost 3,000 sq feet, access to the neighborhood pool, onside laundry, 3.5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. There are multiple living spaces at the house as well. You will have access to 2 bedrooms and a private bath. We need a good communicator and responsible individual.
About the roomies
One roommate works from home and has a 45lb boxer mix dog who is good with other medium to large dogs. She knits and has plants. The other roommate is a PhD student at CSU and has the whole basement, and is a reptile and insect hobbyist so they have (contained) animals in the basement.
