4bd/2bth house. Close to Delta College/University of the Pacific, and easy access to freeway and shopping. ~Unfurnished corner rooms on second floor with windows. Your bathroom/shower will be on first floor. You will be responsible for keeping your room/bathroom clean, and be able to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and common rooms. ~No shoes allowed in the house. No pets. No smoking/vaping. No drugs. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. ~Month to month or short term preferred.

We are three people living in this house w an extra room. We also have a large backyard and spots you can use freely to grow vegetables and flowers.
