Clean quiet home everyone works 8-4pm and minds their own not a party house looking for responsible clean working individuals. $300 deposit (refundable) $650 a month includes bills. Must be able to provide proof of income be employed full time and atleast 6 months in current job. No evictions or felonies on record.

Currently 4 roomates in the house 2 from ages 45-55 and other two roomies ages 25-30 everyone works 8-4 pm is polite and respectful and get along well, all contribute with keeping home clean and each cleans up after themselves. Good quiet home for a place to stay and rest after a long day at work. No party habits. Everyone is responsible with set goals and minds their own and respect each others privacy.
