I am a single dad with an 18-year-old daughter; we live in a two-story, four-bedroom home in Irvine. We’re looking to rent out one of the rooms in our house to a female professional (per my daughter’s request) 🙂 ; The room is for a single person. No couples. The room is 132.25 square feet. The room is available on October 1st; the house is in a beautifully quiet and private community. It has many workout trails, community pools, and parks nearby.
