Hi, I’m a 21-year-old girl; we live in a two-story, four bedroom home in Irvine, we’re looking to rent out one of the spare bedrooms in our house to a female professional/student. The room is suitable for one person.. no couples, please. The room size is 132.25 ft.²., shared bathroom with roommate in the room next to it, And it’s ready to move in on june 1. Our house is located in a beautiful and quiet community with many amenities, such as workout trails, community pools, and parks. You can also walk to the grocery store from here.
