Large private bedroom in 5000 square foot custom home available for rent to a female. Located in southeast Fort Collins (Kechter and Ziegler). Room is 330 square feet, has its own balcony, closet, and security door lock. You would be sharing a bathroom and the upstairs of the home with another female. In addition to your bedroom, you would have unlimited access to the kitchen/great room, laundry room, powder room, dining room, back yard with patio and fire pit, and home gym. Everyone in the home works together to keep the shared areas clean.

• All utilities, including wi-fi, are included with rent.
• Car space available in garage for additional $100 per month.
• Room is currently unfurnished. I have a bedroom set you can rent for an additional $50 per month (can show you photos of the furniture), but you would have to provide your own queen sized mattress.
• Home has a high-end security system.
• Month-to-month lease. You can move out at any time. I can ask you to move out with 30 days notice.
• Up to two cats allowed that must be kept in your bedroom since we have two dogs.
• Criminal background check, references, and credit check required.
• Interviews with current occupants required.
• Smoking allowed on your balcony or in the back yard.
• No drugs or alcohol permitted in the shared areas of the home.

I (homeowner) live in the home with my two children and another renter. You would be sharing the upstairs level of the home with my daughter. The boys live in the basement and I live on the main level. I’m 52 and all the kids are teenagers. We share the great room, dining room, and laundry room on the main level as well as the gym in the basement. We’re all quiet and respectful. We can stay out of the great room if you would like to use it exclusively from time to time. But most of the time we are in and out of the great room. I request quiet after 10:30 pm Sun-Thu since we all get up early.
