I have an unfurnished room available for $1350, utilities $125 so total is $1475. It is a spacious room with a full walk in closet. The room is located upstairs at the end of the hallway, with 1 shared wall.

If you wanted the room furnished, $1450/month, utilities $125 so total of $1575). The room has a brand new queen bed, large dresser with two end tables and a new 4k 43“ television. The room has a large walk in closet and faces the west, with one large window that overlooks the backyard. The room is furnished with a blackout blinds.

There is a full sized washer/dryer located in the garage.

The backyard has an outdoor shower (great from when you come home from the beach and want to rinse off).

Located 10 minutes from downtown (Gaslamp, Hillcrest, University Heights, etc.), 20 minutes from Pacific beach, and 25 minutes to La Jolla Shores.

Security deposit $1000, fully refundable if no damage occurs. Minimum credit score of 650 is required, or able to show you are making 3x the rental amount
