Private unfurnished bedroom available for rent starting September 1st. Utilities not included but will be split in half with me. Shared bathroom with double vanity and half bath downstairs. No pets allowed and must be able to pass a background check. Per the housing manager’s request, you must be at least 25. There’s a parking lot available where you can park in front of the townhouse entrance. You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, etc. I’m not currently living there so I don’t have pictures but if you message me, I can send you the location for you to look up

Hello! I’m looking for a professional roommate to rent out a bedroom in a townhouse. I don’t party, drink, or smoke and looking for somebody who is respectful. Part of my job is to read so I prefer a roommate who’s quiet or will at least let me read in peace. I clean up after myself and I pay all of my bills on time; I would appreciate the same in return. I have two cats so preferably somebody who doesn’t have pets.
