A bedroom with a private bathroom and two large closets is available for rent in our 3-floor townhouse near Randolph, NJ. We are 2 professionals in our 30’s looking to fill a vacancy that has opened in our home.

We are looking for a responsible single women with NO pets. Non-smokers only please!

Please note we do have a family dog that visits occasionally so we would also ask for someone that isn’t allergic or afraid of dogs.

We have high-speed internet/Wi-fi. Rent is $2,000/month, plus Electric Bill. Electric is about $150/mo. during the spring/summer/fall, closer to $275 during late fall/winter as the house is electric heated.

The common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, small back porch, and back yard) are all shared with the other roommates. We ask that no parties or constant people are over to respect everyones space and due to their working schedule. The basement contains the washer and dryer machines.

We are all professionals who work in the area and are pretty easy-going, respectful and clean. We clean up after ourselves in the common areas and would expect you to do the same.

The townhouse offers driveway parking for 1 additional car and there are limited visitor spots.

The Dover train station is within 3 miles driving distance for access to NYC; County College of Morris (CCM) is 1.5 mile drive; Picatinny Arsenal is about 8 mile drive; Within a ~20 minute drive to downtown Morristown; and only a few miles from numerous restaurants and stores. Routes 10 & 46 are around the corner and Route 80 & 287 are all pretty close as well.

Room is available early November for $2,000/month. Contract signing, Renter’s Insurance, and Security deposit of a month and a half rent is required up front prior to moving in.
